in this tourney, u use low tier characters. if u do not know which characters are low tiers, goto this link http://super-smash-bros.wikia.com/wiki/Tier_list the low-tier characters are in the D E F and G areas. the rules are 3-stock, no time, neutral stages(fd, battlefield, yoshi's island, snashville, pokemon stadium 1), no items. PLZ JOIN!!!!!!
